DADS are in for a treat this Father’s Day as Greggs offers up a FREE breakfast item – and you won’t even need to leave the house.
The bakery chain favourite is rolling out a special deal to mark the heartwarming occasion this year.
Greggs and Heinz are partnering up to hand out free bacon rolls for hungry Brits who order through Just Eat or Uber Eats on Sunday.
Customers who spend £15 or more are entitled to the scrumptious freebie – sure to kick off celebrations with a tasty start.
They have the option to slather on ketchup or brown sauce for some extra flavour.
But, you’ll have to act fast – with the offer ending at 11am.
A Greggs spokesperson said: “Greggs has partnered with Heinz to bring this offer across the nation, which is available for one day only on Sunday 16th June, meaning customers can add a delicious Greggs bacon roll to their morning order via Just Eat or Uber Eats.
“While he might say there is nothing more he needs, there is truly nothing that says ‘I love you’ like a fresh bacon butty.”
The bakery giant also brought out Father’s Day gift cards, both online and in store, from £5 to £50.
“Leave the socks, cufflinks and keyrings to your siblings. These freshly baked gifts are guaranteed to have him showing off to his friends,” added Greggs.
It comes after the brand released a yard-long box of sausage rolls at ten shops across the UK for one day only.
They were available in two flavours – classic and vegan – for just £15 to celebrate National Sausage Roll Day on June 5.
Greggs fans were also excited to see a new Dominos dupe on the market – at a fraction of the cost.
Customers were stunned to see the unexpected menu item, which bared an uncanny resemblance to a famous takeaway treat.
Meanwhile, ravenous Brits rushed to their nearest shop to get a taste of a new summer menu item – that’s a lush twist on a British classic.
The popular breakfast chain is adding six items to the menu including a Cherry Bakewell Muffin.
Greggs revealed their new tasty menu just in time for summer parties.
Six iced drinks are also part of the summer menu at the budget grocery store, and customers may select from a wide range of flavours.
The store is also selling two vegan alternatives this summer, one of which is the new Vegan Mexican Chicken-Free Bake.
